1. Acceptance of these Terms

Welcome to Zest Golf. By using our website, joining our waitlist, entering the Hole-in-One Challenge, booking a bay, or visiting our facility at Building #4, 19828 Little York Rd, Katy, TX 77449, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of Zest Golf after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, sign waivers, or enter promotions on your own behalf. Guests under 18 are welcome at the facility when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms and the Waiver on the minor’s behalf.

4. Reservations and Hourly Bay Use

• Bays are reserved by the hour and shared among the guests on the reservation.
• Please arrive a few minutes early; late arrivals do not extend the reserved time.
• We may reassign bays, equipment, or simulator software when needed for safety, maintenance, or operations.

5. Code of Conduct

Zest Golf is a shared practice environment. Guests are expected to behave respectfully, follow staff instructions, and avoid disruptive, unsafe, or threatening behavior. We may refuse service or ask anyone to leave at our discretion, without refund, for violations of this section.

6. Equipment and Facility Damage

You are responsible for damage caused by your misuse, negligence, or intentional acts — including damage to simulators, screens, mats, clubs, putting greens, furniture, or the facility itself. We may charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.

7. Pricing, Payments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• Prices and packages are listed on our website or in-club and may change.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations and rescheduling must follow the timing posted at booking; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case and at Zest Golf’s reasonable discretion.

8. Promotions and the Hole-in-One Challenge

Promotions, contests, and the grand-opening Hole-in-One Challenge are offered subject to specific rules published at the time of the offer. Rules may include entry limits, eligible distances, witness or verification requirements, prize structures, and tax responsibilities for winners. Promotions are void where prohibited.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using our services you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any concern directly — please contact us first at info@thezestgolf.com. Detailed dispute-resolution terms (including any informal-resolution period, venue, or arbitration provisions) will be added here following legal review.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
